Visiting Vietnam, Turks & Caicos, Canada, and Coastal Maine, Valarie has been able to work with some of the freshest ingredients and learn many styles and cuisines.
Valarie first discovered her ability to express her creativity through food while cooking for her 4 children and 3 exchange students. Friends and family were her test subjects, which allowed her to be as experimental as she desired. Every dish is infused with love, creativity, and attention to detail. Valarie invites you to share in her food and culinary journey.
By working with a variety of chefs who shared their knowledge, techniques, and recipes, Valarie has been able to transform herself into a fearless chef who loves the challenges of cooking.
